About the platform
We hit the same operational problems you have. So we fixed them.
The Corviado Platform wasn’t designed in a product meeting. It was built inside a working citizenship practice, one problem at a time. The client portal exists because our clients kept emailing for status updates. The consent recording exists because we lost a chargeback we should have won. The document pipeline exists because a consulate rescheduled and four documents expired.
Every feature traces back to a specific operational failure we experienced and solved. That’s different from software designed by people who studied the industry from the outside.
The problem
Off-the-shelf tools don’t fit jure sanguinis work.
We tried the tools that exist. Case management platforms built for US visa petitions — H-1B forms, USCIS status tracking, green card workflows. None of them understood that a citizenship case involves a six-month document validity window, variable response times from municipal archives, different requirements per consular jurisdiction, or a court pathway that runs in parallel to the administrative route.
We tried running operations on email and spreadsheets. It works at 10 cases. At 40 cases, documents expire because nobody checked the dates. Clients email for updates because they have no visibility. Chargebacks come in with no consent trail to fight them.
So we built what we needed. Then we realised every firm in the space has the same problems and no solution that fits.
What we proved
We tested it on ourselves first.
The system launched in September 2025. No existing audience, no paid advertising. Just the tools we built and the content they published. These are the operational outcomes — the numbers that matter to firms, not clients.

The model
One system. Every firm benefits from every improvement.
The platform isn’t a white-label template. It’s the same operational infrastructure we run our own practice on, configured for your brand, your services, your jurisdictions. When we improve something for our cases, the improvement ships to every firm on the platform.
When Italian citizenship law changed in March 2025, every platform firm had updated eligibility logic and guide content within days — because we updated ours first.
When we improved the consent recording to include policy text hashing, every firm’s chargeback defence got stronger — same deploy, same day.
When we added document expiry alerts, every firm’s paralegal stopped manually checking dates in spreadsheets.
The difference
A generic software company builds for a market. We build for our own cases. The platform is a consequence of that work, not the goal of it.
Who runs this
The platform is built and maintained by the same person who runs the citizenship practice it was designed for. One founder, one codebase, one set of operational decisions that are tested on real cases before they ship to other firms.
The practice is where the domain knowledge comes from. The platform is how that knowledge becomes infrastructure other firms can use. If you want to see the practice, visit corviado.com.
