What this site collects

platform.corviado.com (this marketing site) does not use analytics, tracking cookies, or third-party scripts. No personal data is collected when you browse these pages.

If you email us at info@corviado.com, we store your email address and the content of your message for the purpose of responding to your enquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you specifically request it.

Platform users (app.corviado.com)

If you are a tenant admin or client on the Corviado Platform (app.corviado.com), additional data processing applies. This includes: account credentials, case data, uploaded documents, payment records, and activity logs. This data is processed under a separate data processing agreement with your firm.

Documents uploaded to the platform are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS). Each client’s documents are stored in isolated paths. Signed URLs with short expiry times are used for all document access. Documents are permanently deleted when a case closes and the retention period passes.

Cookies

This marketing site sets no cookies. The platform application (app.corviado.com) uses session cookies for authentication. These are HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax, and contain no personal information. No advertising or tracking cookies are used on any Corviado site.

Third parties

The platform uses Stripe for payment processing and Supabase for data storage. Both are GDPR-compliant processors with published data processing agreements. No personal data is shared with advertising networks, analytics providers, or data brokers.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can also request data portability or object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email info@corviado.com.

Data retention

Email correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to resolve your enquiry, then deleted. Platform account data is retained for 90 days after a tenant account closes, then permanently deleted. Audit logs and payment records are retained as required by law.
